With the extension of the mining time, the oil industry has gradually increased the amount of water produced by water injection development. Treating the oil field produced water for reinjection is a way to recycle water. If the produced water is unreasonably treated, reinjected and discharged, not only will the oilfield surface facilities fail to operate normally, but it will also cause harm due to stratum blockage, and at the same time will cause environmental pollution and affect the safety of oilfield production.
In recent years, through the introduction and assimilation of advanced foreign technologies as well as independent innovation, domestic oilfields have achieved significant progress in the utilization of produced water resources. However, for low-permeability oilfields, the existing oilfield wastewater treatment facilities often struggle to consistently meet the water-quality requirements for reinjection into low-permeability reservoirs, particularly ultra-low-permeability formations. Given that low-permeability reservoirs account for 60% to 70% of China’s total reserves, they will remain the primary driver of reserve growth and production increases for the foreseeable future. Since waterflooding is the principal development technique for low-permeability reservoirs, an advanced wastewater treatment process tailored for reinjection into such formations is highly worthy of widespread adoption and application.
Our company’s independently developed “low-permeability/ultra-low-permeability oilfield wastewater reinjection treatment method” has been successfully implemented across the three major oilfield systems of PetroChina, Sinopec, and Shaanxi Yanchang Oilfield, encompassing more than 300 projects. The total daily processing capacity of the oilfield projects currently in operation exceeds 800,000 m³/day.
Since 2011, it has provided customers with hundreds of skid-mounted solutions for applications in Daqing Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, Yanchang Oilfield, Huabei Oilfield, Jiangsu Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, Zhejiang Oilfield, etc.
Based on the scale of oilfield water-reinjection projects, we offer customers comprehensive solutions that encompass engineering design, installation, commissioning, and other related services. In addition, we provide skid-mounted solutions tailored for small-volume water-reinjection applications in oilfields, while also serving as a valuable reference for project trial operations and parameter optimization.
