General Secretary Xi Jinping has successively put forward the strategic concepts of building the "New Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road". This grand vision contains opportunities. Broad environmental protection pays close attention to and strongly resonates with each other, and strives to seize the dividends brought by industrial transfer.
On January 18, more than 20 representatives from the Mayor and Deputy Mayors of Koh Samui, Thailand, paid a visit to conduct project matchmaking and engage in in-depth discussions on cooperation. It is hoped that this fact-finding mission will help explore solutions for municipal wastewater treatment and seawater desalination technologies in the Koh Samui area, with a view to advancing the implementation of the project.
During the inspection, Chen Xiaoxin, the company’s general manager, first expressed his gratitude to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Samui for their strong support of Boda Thailand’s operations and their keen attention to the company, and then provided a briefing on Boda’s development status and R&D capabilities to the mayor and his delegation.
The delegation visited the sites of our company’s Shanghai Petrochemical and Jinling Petrochemical projects. Among them, the system of our company in Shanghai Petrochemical can operate efficiently and stably and obtain high-quality reuse water. The new high-efficiency immersion MBR process is used for the deep reuse of sewage to meet the reuse standard. Although it has been in operation in Europe and the United States for many years, its performance in the petrochemical industry is very small. The project replaces the secondary settling tank and subsequent processes in the original traditional activated sludge process, simplifies the sewage treatment process, produces high-quality reuse water, and gradually realizes the goal of "zero discharge" of sewage and sewage classification and reuse.
The delegation gained a detailed understanding of the project’s operations, intelligent control systems, supporting facilities, and other key aspects, and visited Boda Environmental Protection’s R&D and production facilities. They engaged in pragmatic exchanges and discussions with the company’s leadership to explore the feasibility of specific projects.
In recent years, Boda Environmental Protection has achieved remarkable accomplishments and progress in core technology, marketing systems, and technical reserves. We dare to think boldly and act decisively, steadfastly aligning with the national “Belt and Road” initiative, consistently reinforcing our commitment to entering overseas markets, and building comprehensive capabilities for global market expansion. Thailand is a key component of the “Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor” within the Belt and Road framework. The successful implementation of the Samui project has significantly enhanced Boda Environmental’s presence and competitiveness in the markets of countries along the Belt and Road.
