The 89th American International Water Treatment Exhibition was held in New Orleans from September 24 to 28, 2016. This annual event showcases water treatment equipment and technologies and is organized by the World Water Federation (WEF). Established in 1928, the WEF has successfully staged 88 editions of the exhibition, making WEFTEC one of the world’s longest-running, most influential, and authoritative trade shows in the water industry.
A team of technical representatives from the R&D and design departments of Jiangsu Broad Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. traveled to the United States in 2016 to attend the 89th U.S. International Water Treatment Exhibition. During the event, the technical team focused on exploring innovations in environmental protection technology, cutting-edge technological advancements, precision in equipment manufacturing, and intelligent control systems for environmental protection equipment. They conducted targeted visits and studies and expressed a strong interest in collaborating with Boda, leveraging Boda’s proprietary technologies. In-depth business negotiations were subsequently held with Boda. Chen Xiaoxin, the company’s general manager, stated that he hopes this visit and learning experience will enable Broad’s technical leaders to engage with global environmental protection enterprises, acquire advanced technologies in environmental protection equipment and energy-saving products, and integrate these innovations into Broad’s future product development and manufacturing processes. He emphasized the importance of continuously enhancing the company’s technological capabilities to meet the demands of China’s sustainable economic and social development.
