Phased progress has been made in the industrialization project of oil-contaminated soil (oil sludge) treatment and comprehensive utilization.

The key scientific research project on energy conservation and emission reduction for Chinese and European small and medium-sized enterprises—the treatment and comprehensive utilization of petroleum-contaminated soil (oil sludge)—was established by our company and the University of Helsinki in Finland, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The key scientific research project on energy conservation and emission reduction for Chinese and European small and medium-sized enterprises—the petroleum-contaminated soil (oil sludge) treatment and comprehensive utilization project—was established by our company and the University of Helsinki in Finland with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology. From the outset, all members of the Sino-Finnish project team actively conducted field investigations and explored ways to introduce cutting-edge European technologies for treating oil-contaminated soils into China. Boda invited Finnish experts to carry out on-site inspections, sludge testing experiments, laboratory trials, and site assessments at engineering locations. Through these efforts, pilot operations and other stages enabled the identification of new technologies, processes, and equipment that are well-suited to China’s soil remediation needs.
 
On October 25, the Finnish technical team visited Boda once again. In addressing the technical challenges associated with the project’s industrialization, they went directly to the production floor and engaged in one-on-one discussions with Boda’s team. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all members of the project team, there are no significant obstacles remaining to the project’s industrialization.
