Project Overview: The Xinmin Oil Extraction Plant of the Jilin Oilfield is characterized by a low-permeability reservoir with stringent injection requirements; conventional treatment processes are unable to meet the A1 injection standard. This project employs an integrated treatment process comprising obligate microorganisms and membrane filtration. Following treatment, the effluent complies with the water-injection quality standards specified in “Recommended Indices and Analytical Methods for Water-Injection Water Quality in Clastic Reservoirs” (SY/T 5329-2012), namely oil content ≤ 5.0 mg/L; suspended-solids content ≤ 1.0 mg/L; and median particle diameter of suspended solids ≤ 1.0 μm.
