The new LE-TMBR integrated technology and complete sets of equipment are mainly used for the up-to-standard discharge/reuse treatment of refractory high-oily wastewater in the oilfield, refining, chemical, and other industries. This kind of wastewater has poor biodegradability, many difficult-to-degrade organic pollutants, and high salt content, which makes it difficult to meet the discharge/reuse treatment standards. The current submerged MBR in the treatment process has high requirements for incoming water quality and complex pretreatment process; conventional external MBR uses high cross-flow flow rate, high energy consumption, expensive, and difficult to promote and apply.

Boda Environmental's complete set of sewage treatment equipment in Jiangsu Oilfield adopts a skid-mounted design, coupled with salt-tolerant special microbial technology, low-energy tubular membrane technology and intelligent control technology to solve the above bottleneck problems. It has the characteristics of short process, compact structure, impact resistance, high salt resistance, low energy consumption (the energy consumption per ton of water is about 1.0kw.h, which is 1/3 of the conventional process), and integrated intelligent control. The quality of the effluent after the process can reach the A1 water injection standard.
