Project Overview: Founded in June 1989, Zhongshan Zhongyue Tinplate Industry Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by Guangnan Group, a Hong Kong–listed company. The company specializes in the production and management of tinplate, tinned steel sheet, chrome-plated thin steel plate and their deep-processed products, enameled tinplate, and printing iron. Its annual output includes 2.4 million tonnes of tinplate and chrome-plated steel plate, 20,000 tonnes of printing iron, and 150,000 tonnes of tinplate (cold-rolled sheet steel). Wastewater generated during the production process is centrally treated at the plant’s wastewater treatment station. Currently, the facility is equipped with a complete wastewater treatment system. To meet the company’s development needs, comply with national policies on energy conservation and emission reduction, and align with national environmental protection requirements, the company plans to undertake comprehensive planning and upgrading of its wastewater treatment system. In addition, to conserve water and reduce effluent discharge, the plant intends to construct a wastewater recycling facility that achieves a reuse rate of over 60% while ensuring that the recycled water quality meets the specifications of the production line.
