Oily Sludge Recycling and Harmless Treatment Technology
Oily sludge is generated during the extraction, transportation, and refining of petroleum. Due to its large volume, improper disposal without treatment can not only occupy substantial agricultural land but also contaminate surrounding soil, water, and air.
BODA has developed and implemented a technology that combines biological hardening and tempering, mechanical dehydration, and biological induction, which facilitates the resource recycling and harmless treatment of oil sludge.
Technical characteristics and advantages:
◇ The ORM bioseparation agent is environmentally friendly, non-hazardous, and excels at separating oil, water, and sludge, thereby facilitating resource recycling.
◇ Electroosmosis achieves a high dewatering rate, reducing the water content of sludge from 80% to 50%.
◇ The biological bacterial agent used in biological induction technology is derived from natural sources; it is a harmless treatment that can significantly enhance the rate of biodegradation.
