Name： Iron and steel emulsified oily wastewater solution
Cold Rolling Plant emulsion (oily) wastewater is produced during the production process of cold rolling plant in iron and steel industry. The main components are 2%-10% mineral oil and emulsifier. It is difficult to obtain the ideal treatment effect through general physical and biochemical methods due to its relatively stable nature. Generally, the oil content of effluent reaches 800-1000mg/L, which can not meet the requirements of environmental emission.
However, “BEI JIA QING”, the obligate microorganism of BODA, can be used to effectively biodegrade the pollutants in iron and steel emulsified oily wastewater, and convert the pollutants into water, carbon dioxide and other inorganic matters that can back to the virtuous circle of nature. For concentrated emulsion wastewater, BODA uses ceramic ultrafiltration for oil water separation to recycle the emulsified oil. For low concentration oily wastewater, BODA uses “BEI JIA QING” obligate microorganism for biodegradation to make effluent meet the standards of national emission or water recycling.
