Chemical wastewater refers to the effluent generated during chemical manufacturing processes, such as the oily wastewater produced by equipment used to manufacture ethylene, rubber, polyester, methanol, formaldehyde, polyformaldehyde, ethylene glycol, and other chemicals. This type of wastewater is characterized by high toxicity, high concentrations of organic matter, high salinity, intense coloration, a high content of refractory compounds, and significant challenges in treatment.
Based on these characteristics, BODA employs a combined treatment process consisting of pretreatment, anaerobic treatment, and aerobic treatment to treat this type of wastewater.
