High-efficiency dissolved air flotation device
The high-efficiency dissolved air flotation unit is a patented product developed by our company. It is primarily used for solid–liquid separation and liquid–liquid separation in wastewater treatment.
Technical principle
This device generates a large quantity of microbubbles in the water by decompressing high-pressure refluxed dissolved-air water, thereby forming a three-phase non-uniform system consisting of water, air, and removed substances. Under the combined action of interfacial tension, the buoyant force of rising air bubbles, hydrostatic pressure differentials, and other forces, the untreated materials adhere to the microbubbles; because their specific gravity is lower than that of water, they float to the water surface, thus enabling the removal of impurities from the water.
Equipment composition:
Tubular mixer (optional), the tank (contact area, water distribution area, separation area, water collecting area, sludge collecting area), and air dissolving system.
